One role, many communities

It is based in the North Atlanta metro, in the Johns Creek area, and it serves homeowners across North Georgia. The communities below are part of that territory. Why storms create work for Project Managers
Put simply, more storms mean more homeowners who need help. Radar estimates and National Weather Service reports show hail of 0.75 inch or larger on 8 separate days over Johns Creek since January 2025, and on 7 days each over Alpharetta, Cumming, Woodstock and Gainesville. Every one of those days leaves homeowners with questions they cannot answer from the ground: Is my roof damaged? Should I call my insurance company? Who can I trust to tell me the truth?
A Robust Project Manager answers those questions. You inspect the roof for free, show the homeowner the photos, explain what the damage means and, when there is a claim, work it alongside our in-house licensed adjuster through to a finished roof. North Georgia's storm seasons keep that work coming, which is why we are hiring.
Not every city has the same record, and the city pages say so plainly. Marietta and Lawrenceville, for example, saw fewer hail days than Johns Creek or Woodstock. The role covers all of North Georgia, so the work follows the weather.
What the job pays
The pay for the Roofing Project Manager role is stated in two lines:
- $75,000 per year base
- True 50/50 split with no deductions
The split is not reduced by fees taken off the top before it is calculated. Many roofing sales plans advertise a split and then take fees off the top; ours does not. That is the core of why we say no roofing sales job in North Georgia is paid on a better structure. Read the full explanation, including questions to ask any roofing company, on our roofing sales compensation page.
What the job involves
A Project Manager meets homeowners, runs free roof inspections with photos, documents storm damage, works insurance claims with our licensed adjuster, including carrier adjuster meetings and supplements, walks homeowners through options and colors in the RoofMap homeowner portal, coordinates the build, and does the final walkthrough. Most replacements finish in one day. You stay the homeowner's single point of contact from start to finish. Who we hire
Roofing experience is not required. We hire for communication, follow-through and honesty, and we train the rest. Communication means explaining a roof and a claim in plain words. Follow-through means doing what you said you would. Honesty means telling homeowners what the photos actually show. Robust provides your HAAG certification and comprehensive training alongside the licensed Property and Casualty insurance adjuster on our staff. If you are switching careers, start with our guide to roofing sales with no experience.
