Why Project Managers Choose Robust Roofing
People take a job for the pay and stay for the people and the purpose. Robust Roofing offers both. Our Roofing Project Managers are paid on what we are convinced is the best compensation structure in roofing sales anywhere in North Georgia, and the work they do is tied to a mission that reaches far past the roofline.
A mission bigger than roofs
Robust gives 50% of profit to Gospel-centered ministries. We are a Christian roofing company and we say so openly, because it is the reason the company exists in the shape it does. When you help a family in Kennesaw or Cumming get a storm-damaged roof replaced, that work is connected to something beyond the roof itself. Giving half of profit away is not a slogan painted on a truck. It is built into how the company operates, and it means the care you put into a thorough inspection or a difficult claim reaches well past one neighborhood.
That conviction shapes how we treat homeowners, how we treat each other and how we run the business. It does not shape who may apply. Robust is a Christian company, and people of every background are welcome to apply.
A reputation you can stand behind
When you introduce yourself to a homeowner, they can look the company up before you finish your sentence. At Robust, that works in your favor. We hold a 5.0 Google rating across 66 reviews, we are GAF certified, and every roof we install carries a 50-year labor warranty. You never have to explain away the company's record. You get to point to it.
Honest selling, every time
Robust never waives deductibles. Waiving them is illegal in Georgia, and we will not build a business on a practice the law prohibits. For a Project Manager, that rule is freeing. You never have to promise a homeowner something you should not, never have to hope a shortcut goes unnoticed and never have to wonder whether a project will come undone later. You tell homeowners the truth about their roof and their policy, and you let good work speak.
Tools that make the job easier
- The RoofMap app and homeowner portal. RoofMap is our own software. You use it to manage inspections and projects, and homeowners use the portal to review options and colors with you and keep up with their project.
- A licensed adjuster on staff. Our licensed Property and Casualty insurance adjuster works claims with you, including carrier adjuster meetings and supplements. Here is our roof insurance claim process.
- One-day builds. Most Robust replacements finish in one day, so homeowners are not left waiting and you are not left explaining delays.
Workmanship you can promise with confidence
A Project Manager's word is only as good as the crew behind it. At Robust, most replacements are finished in one day, and every roof carries a 50-year labor warranty. When a homeowner asks what happens if a problem shows up years from now, you have a real answer instead of a vague one. It also means the conversations you have after a build are usually good ones: a final walkthrough on a finished roof, not a string of apologies for a crew that has not come back. Being GAF certified gives homeowners one more reason to trust what is going on their house.
Training with a purpose
Robust provides your HAAG certification and comprehensive training alongside our licensed adjuster. Experience in roofing is not required. We hire for communication, follow-through and honesty, because those are the qualities that cannot be taught in a classroom. Everything else, from reading hail damage to preparing a supplement, we teach. Our page on roofing sales with no experience explains how.
Pay we are proud to publish
We put our pay on our website because we are proud of it:
- $75,000 per year base
- True 50/50 split with no deductions
The split is not reduced by fees taken off the top before it is calculated. Many roofing sales plans advertise a split and then take fees off the top before figuring it. Ours does not. Paired with the support described above, that is why we believe no one in North Georgia offers a roofing sales professional a better structure. The full reasoning is on our roofing sales compensation page.
Real ownership of the homeowner relationship
At Robust, the person who meets the homeowner is the person who stays with them. You run the free inspection, document the storm damage, work the claim, walk the homeowner through options and colors, coordinate the build and do the final walkthrough. You are their single point of contact from the first photo to the finished roof. That continuity is good for homeowners, and it is satisfying work for people who like to see things through. Where you would work
The role is full-time and based in the North Atlanta metro, in the Johns Creek area, serving homeowners across North Georgia, from Alpharetta and Roswell to Gainesville, Braselton and Canton. Storms move around the region from season to season, and radar estimates and National Weather Service reports show repeated hail across the north metro since January 2025, which is why the territory covers so much ground.
