Robust Roofing reviews
Robust Roofing holds a 5.0 rating across 66 Google reviews from North Georgia homeowners. Most of them are about the same two things: the roof was done right, and the insurance claim was handled so the homeowner did not have to fight it. Three of the reviews, with the photos the customers attached, are below; the rest are on Google.
“I'm picky. I walked the property after they left and tried to find something wrong. Couldn't. Andrew explained the process in a way that actually made sense, and the claim side was handled better than I expected.”

“Harrison, Andrew and Josh of Robust Roofing were very helpful getting my roof claim thru Farm Bureau Insurance. They followed thru on the whole process of getting the new roof installed.”
Google review
“Honestly didn't think our insurance claim was ever going to get approved. It got denied at first and we were pretty frustrated. Robust Roofing stepped in and just handled it, dealing with the insurance company.”

What the reviews have in common
Read enough of them and a pattern shows up. Homeowners mention that the inspection photos made the damage obvious, that someone from Robust Roofing met the insurance adjuster on the roof, that a denied or short-paid claim got turned around with documentation, and that the roof itself was finished in a day and cleaned up properly. That is the whole business model: document well, handle the claim, build it right, and stand behind it with a 50-year labor warranty.
