Roofing Project Manager Jobs in Woodstock, GA
Woodstock has one of the youngest housing stocks in North Georgia and some of the largest hail in our storm records. Robust Roofing is hiring full-time Roofing Project Managers to serve Woodstock homeowners, paid on North Georgia's best compensation structure for roofing sales: a $75,000 per year base and a true 50/50 split with no deductions.
Young neighborhoods, original roofs
Census-based estimates put Woodstock's median construction year at 2005, with about 43 percent of homes built from 2000 to 2009 and another 26 percent in the 2010s, so most roofs here are still the originals. On the Towne Lake side west of I-575, in 30189, you find Eagle Watch, the Arvida golf and tennis community, along with Deer Run, Eagle Glen and Towne Lake Hills East. East of the interstate in 30188 are Bradshaw Farm, Brookshire, Wyngate and Weatherstone. Nearly all are HOA swim-tennis communities with architectural review, and Cherokee County pines mean needle-clogged gutters and limb strikes are common findings.
That makes careful documentation especially important here. When a roof is young, the homeowner wants proof rather than opinions, and clear photos of every slope give them exactly that.
Big hail on young roofs
Radar estimates and National Weather Service reports show 7 days with hail of 0.75 inch or larger over Woodstock since January 2025, and 4 of them reached 1 inch or more. The largest hailstones in those records measured 2.5 inches, in April 2025, when the Weather Service also logged 1.5 inch hail 1 mile northwest of Woodstock. More recently, hail fell on July 28 and September 5, 2026, with radar estimating 0.75 inch hail over 30189 on the latter date.
Many Woodstock homeowners assume a fairly new roof cannot be damaged. Part of your job is to check, show them the photos and tell them the truth either way. More storms mean more of those conversations, and more homeowners who need someone dependable to have them.
Your role on a Woodstock project
You start with a free inspection, photographing every slope. You document what the storm did, and if the homeowner files a claim, you work it with our in-house licensed adjuster, including the carrier's adjuster visit and any supplements. You guide the homeowner through options and colors in the RoofMap homeowner portal with their HOA's architectural review in mind, coordinate the build, and finish with a final walkthrough. Most replacements are completed in one day. Whether the house is in Eagle Watch or Weatherstone, the process is the same, and so is the standard. Homeowners can see our local work on the Woodstock roofing page.
The pay plan
The Roofing Project Manager role pays:
- A $75,000 per year base
- A true 50/50 split with no deductions
Many roofing sales plans advertise a split and then take fees off the top before calculating it. Ours does not. Our compensation page walks through the details.
Training
Roofing experience is not required. Robust gives you HAAG certification and comprehensive training, with the licensed Property and Casualty insurance adjuster on staff beside you. We look for communication, follow-through and honesty. Because Robust never waives deductibles, which is illegal in Georgia, you will only ever sell the honest way. Read starting roofing sales with no experience, a week as a storm restoration project manager and why work at Robust Roofing.
