The short version

We describe that pay as the best compensation structure available to anyone in roofing sales in North Georgia, and the answers below explain why. For a deeper look, read the full job description, our roofing sales compensation breakdown, a week as a storm restoration project manager, our guide to roofing sales with no experience and why work at Robust Roofing. What these answers have in common

Read through the questions below and a pattern shows up. Nearly every answer comes back to trust: telling homeowners the truth about their roof, telling candidates the truth about pay, and never cutting the corner that Georgia law forbids. If that sounds like how you already work, the training will handle the rest. If you have a question this page does not answer, ask it in your interview. Nothing about the role is off limits.

Quick answers

What is the job title, and is it full-time?
The title is Roofing Project Manager (Storm Restoration), and it is a full-time position. It combines honest sales with hands-on project management, from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
Where is the Roofing Project Manager job based?
In the North Atlanta metro, in the Johns Creek area. The role serves homeowners across North Georgia, including communities such as Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Woodstock, Gainesville and Braselton.
What does the role pay?
A $75,000 per year base and a true 50/50 split with no deductions. Ask anything about either one in your interview.
What does "true 50/50 with no deductions" mean?
It means the split is not reduced by fees taken off the top before it is calculated. Many roofing sales plans advertise a split and then take fees off the top first. Robust's plan does not.
Why does Robust call this the best compensation structure in North Georgia roofing sales?
Because both parts are stated openly, nothing comes off the top before the split, and the job comes with the support that gets projects finished: a licensed adjuster on staff, HAAG certification, one-day builds for most roofs and the RoofMap portal.
Can you show me what Project Managers take home?
We do not publish pay examples. What someone else did tells you little about what you will do. We state the structure clearly and answer every question about it in your interview.
Do I need roofing or sales experience?
No. Experience in roofing is not required. Robust hires for communication, follow-through and honesty, and trains the rest. People from customer service, teaching, the trades, hospitality, the military and other kinds of sales all bring useful skills.
What training does Robust provide?
Robust provides your HAAG certification and comprehensive training alongside the licensed Property and Casualty insurance adjuster on staff. You learn damage inspection, documentation, the insurance claim process, supplements and the RoofMap tools.
What does a Project Manager do day to day?
Meets homeowners, runs free roof inspections with photos, documents storm damage, works insurance claims with the in-house licensed adjuster, walks homeowners through options and colors in the RoofMap homeowner portal, coordinates builds and does final walkthroughs. You stay the homeowner's single point of contact throughout.
Will I deal with insurance companies?
Yes. You meet carrier adjusters at the property and prepare supplements when an approved scope misses something, always alongside Robust's licensed Property and Casualty insurance adjuster.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most Robust replacements are finished in one day, and every roof carries a 50-year labor warranty. That means less disruption for homeowners and fewer anxious phone calls for you.
What is the RoofMap homeowner portal?
RoofMap is Robust's own app and homeowner portal. Project Managers use the app to manage their work, and homeowners use the portal to review options and colors and keep up with their project.
Does Robust waive deductibles?
Never. Waiving deductibles is illegal in Georgia. Robust Project Managers sell honestly, so you will never be asked to offer it. If a homeowner asks, you explain that the deductible is part of their policy and that Robust follows the law.
Who does the homeowner contact during the project?
You. The Project Manager is the homeowner's single point of contact from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
Is Robust Roofing a Christian company, and can anyone apply?
Robust is a Christian company that gives 50% of profit to Gospel-centered ministries, and people of every background are welcome to apply. You can read more on our Christian roofing company page.
