About Robust Roofing
We restore storm-damaged residential roofs across North Georgia and handle the insurance side of the process, which is the part most homeowners dread and most contractors handle badly.
Why we exist
Robust Roofing was built to fund something bigger than roofing. We donate half of our net profit to Gospel-centered ministries. That is not a marketing line attached to the end of a sales page, it is the reason the company exists, and it means every roof we install pays for work that serves families, churches, and missionaries. When you choose us over the truck that knocked on your door last week, your roof does something after it is finished.
What makes the work different
- A licensed insurance adjuster on staff. Most roofing companies photograph damage and hope the carrier agrees. We document in the language adjusters actually use, and we walk the roof alongside the carrier's adjuster during the inspection that decides your claim.
- One-day replacements. Most complete roof replacements are torn off, installed, and cleaned up in a single day. Our crews arrive early and stay until it is done.*
- A 50-year labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in shingles. Ours covers our installation, which is where roofs actually fail.
- GAF Certified. We meet the training and credential requirements that unlock enhanced manufacturer coverage.
- Ten-plus years of hands-on experience and a 5.0 rating across 66 Google reviews.
The part that costs us jobs
A meaningful share of our free inspections end with us telling the homeowner not to file a claim. If the damage is age rather than a storm, filing produces a denial that lands on your claim history and leaves you exactly where you started. Saying so out loud loses us work in the short term. It is also why the homeowners we do work for send us their neighbors, and why our guides include the answers that do not sell roofs.
Where we work
We serve the North Atlanta metro and the North Georgia foothills, including Roswell, Marietta, Alpharetta, Acworth, Kennesaw, Woodstock, Canton, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, Gainesville, Duluth, Dawsonville, and Dahlonega. The full list is on our service areas page.
How working with us goes
It starts with a free inspection: we photograph every slope, check the soft metals, and give you a straight answer about what is up there. If the damage supports a claim, we help you file it with evidence, attend the adjuster meeting, and handle the supplement process when tear-off reveals more damage. Then we build the roof, usually in a day, and finish the paperwork that releases your final insurance payment. You can follow the whole thing in RoofMap, our homeowner portal.
*One-day completion applies to roofs of average size and complexity and is weather dependent.
