Roofing Jobs at a Christian Company That Gives 50% of Profit to Ministry
Robust Roofing Careers · Updated October 2026
Robust Roofing is an openly Christian roofing company in North Georgia, and we give 50% of our profit to Gospel-centered ministries, five times the traditional 10% tithe. If you have been looking for roofing work at a company whose values you can respect, we would love to hear from you, and everyone is welcome to apply. Our faith also shapes how we pay people. We split job profit with our Project Managers a true 50/50, with not a dollar taken off the top beforehand, and the role also includes a $75,000 per year base. Next to a 10/50/50, that plan is unusually generous by any roofing standard.
What it means to be a Christian roofing company
For us, being a Christian company is not a slogan on a truck. It shows up in a few specific commitments:
- Generosity. Robust gives 50% of its profit to Gospel-centered ministries. The work you do on a roof in North Georgia supports ministry far beyond it.
- Honesty. We never waive deductibles, which is illegal in Georgia, and we tell homeowners the truth about their roofs, including when a roof does not need replacing.
- Care for people. Every homeowner has a single point of contact from inspection to final walkthrough, so nobody gets passed around or forgotten.
- Work done well. Most replacements finish in one day, and each one carries a 50-year labor warranty, compared with the 1 to 10 years roofing contractors typically offer on their own workmanship.

Everyone is welcome to apply
You do not have to share our faith to work here. People of every background are welcome to apply for the Roofing Project Manager role, and every applicant goes through the same simple process. What we look for is communication, follow-through and honesty. If you treat homeowners with respect and tell them the truth, you will fit in well, whatever you believe.
Our team serves homeowners of every faith and of none, and we serve them all with the same care. The same is true inside the company: respect for each person is the standard, whatever their background, and nobody is treated differently for what they believe.
How our values shape the most rep-friendly pay plan in North Georgia roofing
Treating people fairly includes the people who do the work. That is a big part of why Robust Roofing refuses to take anything off the top of your split. Plenty of roofing sales plans keep a tenth of the contract price for overhead before they divide what profit remains. That plan is called a 10/50/50. Ours is a true 50/50, and the company keeps nothing off the top, period. Your half is figured on the profit of the job, not on what is left after a company cut. At 50%, that half is also more than double the 20% of profit JobNimbus's Peak Performance report finds most common among roofing companies that pay on profit.
Alongside that split, the role also includes a $75,000 per year base, and your interviewer will show you how the two connect. That base is worth noticing: about one in three roofing companies pay their sales teams commission only, according to JobNimbus's 2025 data. We believe this plan is significantly better than what most roofing companies pay, and the best compensation structure in roofing sales in North Georgia. The full breakdown is on our roofing sales compensation page.
| Fair pay, compared | Robust Roofing | Typical 10/50/50 plan | Typical percent-of-contract plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kept off the top | Nothing, period | A tenth of the job, often of the contract price | All margin outside your percentage |
| Your share | Half of the full job profit | Half of a reduced profit | A set slice of the contract price |
| Base | $75,000 per year | Varies; roughly one in three roofing companies pay sales commission only | |

Honest work is good work
Storm restoration can tempt people toward shortcuts, such as waiving a deductible, exaggerating damage or promising more than a policy covers. None of that happens at Robust. Our licensed Property and Casualty insurance adjuster on staff works claims alongside you, so you have expert help documenting what is really there and nothing more. Georgia does not require a roofing company to employ a licensed adjuster; Robust keeps one on staff because honest documentation matters. Homeowners can sense the difference, and it is part of why Robust holds a 5.0 rating across 66 Google reviews.
The role
The Roofing Project Manager is a full-time storm restoration position based in the North Atlanta metro around Johns Creek, serving Robust's 39-city North Georgia service area. You will:
- Meet homeowners and run free roof inspections with photos.
- Document storm damage and work the insurance claim with our in-house adjuster, including adjuster meetings and supplements.
- Help homeowners choose options and colors in the RoofMap portal.
- Coordinate the build and finish with a final walkthrough.
No one expects you to know roofing on day one. Robust trains you and provides your HAAG certification. Full details are in the Roofing Project Manager job description, and our HAAG certification page explains the training.
Work that matters twice
Every roof you help replace protects a family's home. Because half of Robust's profit goes to Gospel-centered ministries, that same work also supports ministry well beyond North Georgia. If you have wanted your work to count for something beyond a paycheck, this is a place where it can, and where the paycheck itself is structured fairly.
Faith at work, without pressure
Some job seekers wonder whether a Christian company expects everyone to share its beliefs. At Robust, faith shows up in how we treat homeowners, how we document claims and how we give, and everyone is welcome to apply. Your work is measured by the things every homeowner cares about: clear communication, real follow-through and the truth, told kindly.
Generosity you can point to
When a homeowner asks why they should choose Robust, you have an answer few roofers can give. Half of the company's profit goes to Gospel-centered ministries, compared with the roughly 1% of pre-tax profits U.S. corporations give to charity on average, according to Giving USA. That is not a slogan painted on a yard sign; it is how the company is built. For homeowners who care where their money goes, that can matter, and it gives you a story about the company you can tell with a clear conscience.
