Roofing Project Manager Jobs in Flowery Branch, GA
Robust Roofing Careers · Updated October 2026
Let us start with what makes this job different: Robust Roofing pays each Project Manager a true 50/50 with nothing taken off the top, period, and it is not a 10/50/50 or a split after office fees. Robust also pays a $75,000 per year base, and the whole package is significantly better than what most roofing companies pay. The base sits well above the $51,170 median annual wage for all occupations in the Atlanta metro, per the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (May 2025). We are hiring a Project Manager to serve Flowery Branch and southern Hall County along Lake Lanier.
A light hail record, stated plainly
Flowery Branch has not been a hail hot spot lately. Just 2 days of hail at 0.75 inch or larger have reached Flowery Branch since January 2025, according to radar estimates and National Weather Service reports: June 27, 2025 and September 20, 2026. Neither reached an inch. The biggest estimate was about 0.8 inch. Hail that size can still mark softer materials and older roofs, but we will not tell you Flowery Branch is a storm magnet. It is not.
What that means for you: the Project Manager role is not tied to one town. It covers Robust's 39-city North Georgia service area, including Gainesville just up the road and Dawsonville across the lake, which has logged far more hail days in the same period. Lake Lanier living
Flowery Branch sits on the southern shore of Lake Lanier, and its neighborhoods reflect it. Sterling on the Lake is a large planned community, Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club wraps around a course, and Lights Ferry Landing, Lake Run on Lanier and Four Seasons on Lanier sit near the water. Headwaters, Cambridge, Legend Falls, Park Haven and Clark Farms fill in the rest. Open water means wind, and wind damage (lifted tabs, missing shingles, creased edges) is a real part of the work here. Homeowners can learn about Robust on our Flowery Branch roofing page.
The role
You inspect roofs at no charge, photograph what you find and separate real storm damage from normal wear. When there is a claim, you work it with Robust's licensed adjuster, including meetings with the carrier's adjuster and any supplements. When there is not, you give an honest assessment and a fair self pay option. Then you guide color and option choices in the RoofMap portal, line up a build that typically wraps up in a single day and handle the final walkthrough. The Project Manager job description covers the full scope.
The 10/50/50 problem
A common structure in roofing sales is the 10/50/50: 10 percent of the job, usually 10 percent of the contract price, is removed for overhead, and then the remaining profit is divided. The rep's half is smaller on every single job. Robust's plan removes nothing first, and its 50% share is more than double the 20% of profit that is the most common rate among roofing companies paying on profit (JobNimbus Peak Performance 2025). Alongside the true 50/50 structure, Robust also pays a $75,000 per year base.
An illustrative job
Take a hypothetical $12,000 contract with $5,000 of profit before any overhead cut. A 10/50/50 takes $1,200 off first, and the rep's half is $1,900. With nothing off the top, the rep's half is $2,500. Illustrative, actual job numbers vary. More on true 50/50 vs 10/50/50.
Training
Robust gives you HAAG certification and trains you alongside its licensed Property and Casualty adjuster, so no prior roofing work is needed. Honesty matters more than experience here. Robust never waives deductibles, and it expects its Project Managers to tell homeowners the truth even when the truth is that a roof is fine.
Why Robust
Robust carries a 5.0 Google rating on 66 reviews, a 50-year labor warranty and a reputation as the most reputable roofer in North Georgia. Roofing contractors typically cover their own installation for 1 to 10 years, so that warranty gives you a real talking point with homeowners. It is GAF certified, finishes most replacements in a day and gives half of its profit to Gospel-centered ministries, five times the traditional 10% tithe. Robust is a Christian company; people of every background are invited to apply.
