Our guides are general information

The guides on this site explain how roofing and insurance claims generally work in Georgia. They are educational, not legal, financial, or insurance advice, and they cannot account for the specific language of your policy. Your policy, your carrier, and your particular facts control your claim. Always read your own policy and confirm details with your insurer.

We are a contractor, not your public adjuster

Robust Roofing documents damage, prepares repair scopes, and communicates with carriers about the work we perform. Negotiating an insurance claim on a policyholder's behalf for compensation is separately licensed activity, and a contractor performing the work is not permitted to act in that role. Nothing on this site is an offer to adjust your claim for you.

No guarantee of insurance outcomes

Whether a claim is approved, and for how much, is decided by your insurance company. We cannot and do not promise any particular claim result, and we do not offer to waive, absorb, or rebate your deductible, which would be unlawful.

Estimates, agreements, and warranties

Any estimate, scope of work, price, schedule, or warranty is governed by the separate written agreement you sign with Robust Roofing. Warranty terms, including our labor warranty, are defined in that agreement and in the applicable manufacturer documentation. Statements on this site are descriptions, not warranty terms.

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Robust Roofing and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project photographs show real work performed by our crews.
