Free Roof Inspection

An inspection is free, takes under an hour, creates no record with your insurance company, and ends with photographs of your own roof and a straight answer. That is the whole offer.

What we check

• Every slope, including the ones you cannot see from the driveway, photographed by drone.
• The soft metals: gutters, downspouts, vents, and flashing, which dent before shingles show anything and prove the storm's severity.
• Shingle condition up close: bruising, granule loss, creased tabs, cracked mats, and seal integrity.
• Penetrations and transitions: pipe boots, chimney flashing, valleys, and skylights, where most leaks actually start.
• The attic side when there is reason to look, for ventilation and decking condition.

What you get

Photographs, every time, whether or not you hire us. If a storm hits next year, today's dated photos are your baseline proof that the damage is new. And you get one of three honest answers: the roof is fine, the roof is aging but this is not a claim, or the roof has documentable storm damage and here is what to do next.

What an inspection is not

It is not a claim, and nothing about it reaches your insurance company unless you decide to file.
