Robust Roofing (Robust Restorations LLC) can text you updates about your roof project: inspection and build scheduling, claim status, documents ready to sign, and reminders.

How to sign up (by text only)

1. Text ROOF to (470) 275-2690 from the cell phone you want updates on.
2. We reply asking you to confirm: “Robust Roofing: Reply YES to confirm you agree to receive project status updates via SMS. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
3. Reply YES. You’ll get a confirmation, and updates start from there.

Texting ROOF is the only way to sign up. Your project manager shares this number and these steps when your project starts, by email or in person. You never have to sign up to work with us.

What you’ll receive

Messages about your own project only, for example: “Robust Roofing: Hi Sam, there’s a new update on your roof project: your build is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct 21. See details in RoofMap: https://chooserobust.com/roofmap Reply STOP to opt out.”
